Seiichi Nakanishi, the ukulele builder that Japan is proud of. He established Nakanishi Musical Instruments in Konan City, Aichi Prefecture in 1958. His Martin-shaped ukuleles have been highly acclaimed both domestically and internationally, and have been supported by many players, including Ohta-san. There are few in the used instrument market, making this a very rare instrument. Nakanishi's concert type is the Ohta Model, created under the advice of Herb Ohta.
