This is a nylon belt from BULL, a powerlifting equipment manufacturer. It shows some signs of use, but the Velcro is still strong, so it's still usable. The size is M, and it fits waists approximately 76-90cm. My waist was 78cm when I used it. I'm selling it at a bargain price, less than half the original retail price, because I bought a different nylon belt.
