This is a hook sharpener from SMITH (Smith). It comes with a pipe to change the angle of the hook point. It allows for fine adjustments to the hook point at the fishing spot, even for tanago fishing and small fish fishing. Personally, I use it frequently for stream fishing and other types of fishing as well. I have several of these, so I am selling a new, unused one to declutter.
