Purchased in May 2025. I've only performed the internal cleaning once using citric acid, as instructed in the manual. Therefore, there are a few water marks on the bottom of the pot, but no noticeable scratches or other stains. I bought it in January of this year, but I haven't used it much because I'm primarily breastfeeding. *No box. Other manuals and accessories marked with an "x" are missing.*
