The buttons are not responding properly, sometimes working and sometimes not, so the sound often doesn't play. When I tap the main unit, the mobile starts to spin. Replacing the batteries might fix the issue, but I haven't tried it with new batteries. Also, the item has been played with by a child, so there is overall fading, small scratches, and scuffs. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is a used item. It will be delivered in simple packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
