Used rental DVD. The disc has multiple scratches. I was able to watch it, so I'd appreciate it if someone who doesn't mind if it's viewable would take it. The case has been replaced with a new one. Based on the same-titled best-selling novel by Jun Ikeido, which was also made into a TV drama, this film adaptation is directed by Katsuhide Motoki, who also directed "Flying Tires" based on an Ikeido novel, and stars Sadao Abe. Unique characters not found in the novel or drama versions appear, and an original story unfolds in the film. A cash loss incident occurs at the Nagahara branch of Tokyo Daiichi Bank. Masahiro Nishiki, a veteran customer service representative, along with Airi Kitagawa and Yoji Tabata, who also work at the same branch, investigate the incident. Nishiki and the others uncover a certain fact hidden within the incident, but it was only the beginning of a scandal that would shake the megabank. Abe plays Nishiki, Aya Ueto plays Kitagawa, and Yuta Tamamori plays Tabata, with other cast members including Toshiro Yanagiba, Tetta Sugimoto, Ryuta Sato, Akira Emoto, Isao Hashizume, and Kuranosuke Sasaki.
