This is a genuine gold leaf double-layered obi (belt) made of 900-nishiki silk. It features classic patterns such as imperial carriages, flower carts, and tortoiseshell. There are a few faint stains (2-3) and a wear line, but there are no particular problems with wearing it. It can be worn with formal attire such as tomesode (formal black kimono), homongi (visiting kimono), tsukesage (semi-formal kimono), iromuji (single-colored kimono), and in some cases, komon (casual kimono).
