The dress can also be worn without the ribbon. This is size 2, which is equivalent to a size S, but I remember that when I tried it on in the store, the size 4 (M size) wasn't much different. The neckline is a bit open, so you may need to wear an undershirt. If you're comfortable with it, you can wear it without an undershirt.
