Purchased new and used for about a year, then stored at home. Includes the instruction manual. No missing parts, including the spare parts that came with it. Although I've inspected it myself, there are no noticeable stains or major scratches, but there are some scuffs and minor scratches from use. The non-slip pads on the bottom have dirt and scuffs. Some of the other non-slip pads, besides the ones in the photos, also have similar marks. I have wiped it down with disinfectant wipes before listing it, but it is a used item that has been stored at home, so I ask that you understand it is a USED item and accept it with no claims and no returns.
