I bought this here, but I'm selling it because I ended up not using it. There are no instructions, just the cushion. It's the type with a belt. The cushion isn't worn out and there are no noticeable stains, but there is a stain on the patterned side of the cover from when I bought it. Please check the images. There are no stains on the brushed side. I think the cover can be washed.
