I believe it's a size L, equivalent to a size 40. The color is navy, which is most accurately represented in the third photo. The waist is elastic and can be adjusted with a drawstring. I wore it once to a wedding and had it dry cleaned. There are no visible stains or dirt. I am selling it because it no longer fits.
