Selling to organize items at home. A masterpiece of the French military. M52 French Chino. This is the early model. This is a two-tuck specification. The fabric is cotton twill. As the name "M52" suggests, these pants were used by the French military from 1952 to the early 1960s. Taking advantage of the confusion of the Korean War that broke out in 1950, independence movements and independence wars became prominent in Vietnam and Algeria, which were then French colonies, and the M52 was mass-produced to meet this demand. There are surprisingly many differences between the early and late models, and the most decisive difference is whether the back pocket has a flap or a loop. The loop is the early model (see photo 3). Regarding other details, the early models were made by tailors, so there are many tailor-made specifications. (The later models incorporated American work pants manufacturing methods to further increase mass production.) One is the tengu on the front. This is the part of the button that is often seen on slacks (see photo 4). Next, the belt loops are sandwiched at the top and bottom (photo 3 is easier to see). Furthermore, darts that go through the pockets (also in photo 3). And the pocket bag stitching (photos 6 and 7). Finally, the front and back inseams are sewn further back than the inner seam (photo 8). Perfect early model details. I think it's even rarer in a larger size. Please consider it! By the way, I've included a photo of the faint stamp on the 5th photo. The color is closest to the photo in the 1st photo. There are some damages and stains due to the age of the item. Please check before purchasing (photos 9-14). Feel free to comment for price negotiations. Size unknown Waist 44cm (88cm) Rise 31cm Inseam 68cm Thigh width 34cm Hem width 24cm Please understand that there may be some errors due to amateur measurements.
