This is a toy gacha-gacha (capsule vending machine) with a lottery function. It comes with 15 balls. The ball loading/unloading area has a key. You can put various handmade lottery slips inside the capsules, so both children and adults can enjoy it. There is no outer box. I think it can still be played with.
