These are denim pants, size 120cm, with extra-warm lining. They've been worn a few times, so there's no visible dirt or stains, but there is some pilling on the waistband. The name on the washing tag has been marked out. They seem to be very warm; apparently, the wearer gets so hot they're running around even in winter.
