There are two pockets on the front that can be secured with Velcro. There are also two pockets inside. It also comes with a shoulder pad that can be removed with Velcro, so your shoulders won't hurt even if you have a lot of luggage. I loved using it, but I haven't been using it much lately, so I'm selling it. It looks clean, but please understand that it is a used item.
