Simple design flower motif bracelet. Although it says "hometown tax," this is not a gift received through the hometown tax system. I don't remember exactly, but I think it was something that local staff were giving to tourists when I traveled. It's a bracelet with a flower or snowflake motif ornament, and it has a cute design. It's unopened, but part of the packaging bag is folded (see photo).
