Large basket. The size is approximately 44cm x 33cm x 9cm deep (13cm including the handle height). It has a considerable capacity, but it's made of natural materials and is lightweight. This is a Showa-retro item. At my parents' house, it was placed in the living room to hold magazines and newspapers, or by the entrance to hold small items or hats, changing its role depending on the situation. It hasn't lost its shape and is well-made, but there are some areas with age-related damage on the corners, as shown in the images. If you don't mind those points and appreciate them as character, or if you like vintage or antique furniture, this would be perfect for you.
