There are no issues with use, but I have marked it as "slightly scratched or stained" due to previous use. There are two points to note: There is a slide lever on the back of the main unit for attaching parts, and one of them no longer slides. However, it can still be securely inserted all the way in and will not come loose, so there are no issues with use. (See photo 4) The rubber on the headrest attachment is slightly peeling. (See photo 8) Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
