This item was purchased used without the original box. I used it with a Spigen case, which I will include. There is a scratch on the bottom of the earphone case, as if it had been dropped, since I purchased it (see image 2). Accessories (see image 4): Ear tips: S (used once) M (unused spare) L (unused) Ear wings: 1 (unused spare) 2 (used once) 3 (unused) The main unit has the M-size ear tips and wing 1 that came with it when I purchased it. If you don't need the used items, I can also include only the unused ones. (Please comment if you prefer this.) No need to ask to purchase.
