This is a cartridge that allows you to boot a Sega Saturn without a disc. It's for people who have game CDs but whose drives are broken, or who want to avoid wear and tear on their drives. I have only tested it with "Baseball Slugger" and "Suicide Pai." This alone cannot rip game data. An SD card is not included.
