This is a Showa-era glass "ishikeri" (stone kicking game) / "mame keri" (bean kicking game) toy. It has an embossed Peko-chan (Milky mascot) on the surface. The surface has a warm-toned luster, and the base glass is likely yellow or orange. The slightly irregular shape is very cute. There is a small chip on the lower right side (see the last photo).
