I purchased these new and used them, but I'm selling them now because my feet have outgrown them. These are a high-arch support model. They're a bit worn, but I think they're still usable. I recommend these to people who want to try out insoles before buying expensive new ones. I bought them in size M and cut them to 23.5cm for use. They can also be cut further to fit 23.0cm. They have been home-cleaned with Utamaro soap.
