This is the Megadap ETZ11 (Sony E-mount to Nikon Z-mount adapter). It's the older type, and in my setup, I've confirmed it works with the Nikon Z5 and the Sigma 16mm/1.4 lens. (Please note that it may not work with newer models like the Z50 II.) I don't think there are any particularly noticeable scratches. This is a specialized adapter, so please be sure to check the manufacturer's website for compatible cameras.
