As I'm a bit of a neat freak, I wiped both the outer case and the disc with a tissue soaked in ethanol and then lightly wiped them with a regular tissue immediately after purchase. The jacket has some fading on the spine. The front and back covers aren't as faded as the spine, but they do show some fading. The outer case doesn't have any noticeable scratches or dirt. The disc is clean, with almost no scratches or dirt. Please refrain from price negotiations or returns m(_ _)m I will send it via Yu-Mail, so tracking is not available.
