This is a frilled sleeve mermaid dress from Rew de Rew (ルーデルー). The color is light gray with thin white stripes. The sleeves have frills, but the design is almost sleeveless. The hem is mermaid-style, with a flared look that flows beautifully in the wind, making your legs look longer. Although it's a one-piece dress, it looks like separates, with a short top and a long skirt, creating a good balance. I bought it several years ago, and it cost over 10,000 yen at the time, so the fabric is sturdy. As shown in the fifth photo, there is a small stain on the front. (I've only washed it normally, but it might come out with proper stain removal. I don't know what the stain is.) Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. I wore it a few times and have kept it in my closet at home. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
