I purchased these new. I used a cloth book cover while reading them, so I think there's little soiling. I read volumes 1 through 6 once. I stopped reading volume 7 after a few pages. Volume 8 is almost new, as I haven't read it. (I stopped reading because I took a break and found it difficult to continue.) Only the obi (paper band) for volume 2 is missing.
