The design expresses a pattern inspired by the aged appearance of tree trunks and well-used tools, utilizing the front and back switching of twill weave and its modified structures. By dyeing the finished product with reactive dyes, the difference in dyeing between the silk spun yarn and the cotton-linen threads is used to make the pattern appear to float.
