This is an H&M puff sleeve blouse. It's an XL, but it doesn't feel that big. It seems to be for people around 170cm tall. I don't know when it was made. I think it can be used for sweet or simple outfits, worn under overalls, camisoles, or bustiers. Please note that I cannot accept returns after purchase.
