We used organic extra-long staple cotton grown organically in India. We dyed the 80-count two-ply yarn in different colors for warp and weft, and wove it in Banshu, a production area for pre-dyed textiles. By reducing the number of warp threads and firmly weaving the weft, the fabric has a beautiful drape. When this fabric is made into a coat, it becomes a high-quality garment with a moderate drape and firmness.
