Crazing is a common phenomenon in antique and vintage items. It may look like cracks, but it's just cracks in the surface glaze (glass coating). Unlike cracks, it doesn't damage the ceramic body. Also, watermarks and minor scratches are photographed to be as visible as possible by changing the angle of the light. I think they are less noticeable in reality than in the photos. Minton is a vintage item, and there may be color skips, pinholes, black spots, etc., from the manufacturing process.
