This is a cute crepe ribbon, perfect for tying when wearing a hakama. It has been stored in a box in a chest of drawers, as shown in the first photo, so there are creases, but they should come out with an iron. Although unused, unfortunately, there are faint stains like those in the second and third photos. It looks like some kind of glue or something has gotten on it.
