It is an authentic product sold as official collaboration merchandise from a famous TinSign store. Although it has never been used, it is being offered at a low price because there are overall stains and small scratches on both the front and back. Perhaps because of the original retro and dirty design, it blends in well... or maybe not. The small scratches are mostly on the back, and there aren't many on the front. Due to aging, the stains have discolored to a rusty green color, and there are small spots all over. Otherwise, there is no severe damage or breakage that would cause any problems.
