I purchased this item new and stored it, but the hem is unstitched in two places, as shown in the third image, and the size no longer fits, so I am selling it. I have never worn it, and the fabric is stretchy, so I think it's good. I wore the 7-part length men's pants a few times after cutting the hem to make them 7-part length.
