New with tags, a blouse from Kei Hayama Plus. It's a very elaborate and lovely piece. The lace on the sleeves, the piping used throughout the collar, and the square buttons (two each) are all wonderful details. Retail price was 19,950 yen. Size is 2, which is about a size 9 (Japanese). I've kept it stored away without wearing it because I didn't want to. It's new with tags, but has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular about condition.
