This set includes a Minoura wheel truing stand, a Park Tool spoke tension meter, and a Park Tool center rim gauge. With these three items, you'll be able to handle all kinds of wheel maintenance, such as truing wheels. As shown in the image, there are some minor scratches on the inside of the truing stand, but there are no issues with its use.
