It comes with a filter and front and rear caps. I can't see any major scratches on the lens barrel, front element, or rear element with the naked eye. The aperture and focus rings rotate with appropriate torque. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition. This is an old item, and it is sold as-is.
