This is Microsoft's dial-type input device, the Surface Dial. The main unit only, but as the photos show, it's in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches. The reason for the "as-is" condition is that the battery cover is missing, and cushioning rubber is attached. I haven't been able to confirm its operation, so please understand this before purchasing. I will arrange for shipping with simple packaging.
