This is a Hyper Blue Police set. Everything is shown in the images. Please check the condition and parts in the images as there may be missing parts. The Sonic Arrow has been tested with batteries and the power and button functions have been confirmed. The cockpit is a bit stiff when transforming. You can secure it as shown in image 2 by pushing in the right side first, then the left. To detach it, do the reverse. Please feel free to ask any questions.
