This is an aftermarket product imported from overseas. It's a water-slide decal. It is not made of vinyl. It's the type that you soak in lukewarm water to remove. Please refer to YouTube or other resources for detailed instructions on how to apply decals. I do not provide instructions on protective coatings. As shown in the last image, you can also peel off the top clear film after applying the decal. It seems to be called a "haku-ri decal" (peel-off decal). Try it if you're not worried.
