This is a silk gauze Hakata obi. I loved it very much, but when I paired it with an indigo-dyed kimono, the color transferred ( ; ; ). There are faint stains 70cm from the tip and 70cm from the hand. The stain on the hand part is on the part that touches the back when worn, so it is not visible when worn. The stain on the otaiko part is due to the color transfer caused by rubbing against the back at the position of the obi pillow, so I think it can be hidden on the back if you tie it well. It may not be so noticeable depending on how the light hits it. How about it for those who can dress it so that it is not visible, or who don't mind, or who are remaking it into a tsukuri obi (pre-tied obi)? It's a pale pink color that looks cool, so I think it's easy to match with summer kimonos and yukata. *These are photos taken in natural daylight.
