I purchased this from Nishimatsuya about three years ago and used it a few times on rainy days. It was easy to use. I have stored it in its package for a long time, so there are wrinkles and fold marks. I will unfold it and fold it again for shipping. I will also include the instruction manual (though it's tattered) and the package (which is a storage bag).
