There are fake pockets on the back, making the back view look nice. I've worn it a few times, but since it's been used, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. There is no special bag. It will be put in a plastic bag and compressed for packaging due to its thickness. Please understand that there may be creases during this process.
