Venetian glass pendant top. The glass part is fine, but the metal part has some scratches. The bail is stamped with "AMV". I've forgotten when I acquired it, and it's been in my jewelry box. After some research, it seems to be an "Antica Murrina" (also known as "Antica Muraena") made using small millefiori glass pieces, but I'm not entirely sure.
