Handmade. Made with baby-friendly fabric and used with an Ergobaby carrier. There are two inner-facing covers to prevent the parent's clothes from getting covered in drool during inward-facing carrying. There is also one cover to attach to the outside of the carrier, specifically where the baby's mouth would be, to prevent the carrier from getting slobbered on during outward-facing carrying.
