This is a set of three Justice League characters. Superman and Wonder Woman have been opened once, but they haven't been touched, moved, or displayed. If you're someone who would open them anyway, they are in like-new condition, having only been opened once upon arrival. The Batman 2.0 Deluxe Edition is new and unopened.
