This is a summer chiffon short-sleeved dress (color: navy). The top part is see-through as shown in photo 4, so an inner layer is required. The skirt part has a petticoat attached, so it is not see-through. It can be worn two ways, front and back. I am selling it because my clothing preferences have changed.
