This is a penlight from Rail is Beautiful. I've used it about twice and then stored it in a dark place. No outer packaging. Batteries will be removed before shipping. The text on the handle is slightly faded. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this has been stored by a private individual. Immediate purchase is welcome.
