This is an Elbe Chapelier boat-shaped tote bag. It's the type with leather handles. It has been stored for a long time, but it's rare because it has the sheep mark leather tag, which is no longer available. The color is a deep red. There is no damage to the handles, but there is some staining on the inside. There are also some scuffs on the corners of the bottom (see images).
