For breakfast, I basically drink a lot of fluids. At 12:00, I eat as much as I want, mainly white rice (Japanese food is the main focus). I always have Karada Sukoyaka Tea on hand to drink. In the evening, at 7:00 PM, I have beer and snacks, with a lot of side dishes and a small amount of rice. That's it. I don't particularly exercise or go to the gym!
