This is a P-coat from Waste (twice). Thick leather is used on the sleeves and elbows, making it very cool. The body is also made of thick melton fabric and remains stiff. See the 7th photo for reference; there are some scuffs. I bought it about 8 years ago for a retail price of 70,000 yen. It's used clothing, but I appreciate your understanding.
